Host was really kind and helpful, she was there to answer all the questions and help with any needs we had. Apartment has stunning view from the balcony and bedroom - it is really worth to pay for it, and enjoy having meals there, looking at palms and the sea. Apartment had all the facilities listed in the offer, I would also add plenty of electrical adapters (EU <> UK), beach towels, possibility to borrow beach umbrella - it lowers those small additional costs. Parking space with a roof - how good it was to enter a car in the morning. Last but not least, you may grab one or two lemons straight from the tree and play with host's dog - our kids had real fun :) AC works well.

Amazing apartment in city centre of Larnaca, beautiful spacious room with small well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, large and clean bathroom, big wardrobe, balcony. We stayed only 1 night but when I will come back to Larnaca again, I will definitely choose this apartment. Landlord was also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. Just like you see it on the photos. We reserved a room with HB and I was amazed how delicious the food was. All of the stuff was so nice and welcoming. Don’t hesitate, book with them. You won’t regret it.

The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.

The location was great. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach. There was a pool on the top floor, which was perfect for kids. The room had everything we needed. There were many restaurants around the apartment, and we used delivery.
