A very chilled atmosphere with quality place, service and food. The bar tenders were amazing ensuring you would always have a great moment. A perfect place to relax, enjoy a great view and resource yourself. The Vanity spa can offer great massages and has a small but fine sauna and hammam. Reception will always ensure everything is fine for you and ready to answer any requests. The food, at the breakfast, lunch or dinner is really nice. Small buffet with enough quality choice. The cook can even make something more specific to your need if you want. Overall, the staff was really gentle making the stay really nice

In points.. The location is very good just 5 minutes walk from green bay and 10 minutes from mimosa and the there is a bus station in front of the place if you like to use the bus to move around and a super market within a walking distance. The apartment is very clean spacious the kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook a qiuck meal at home, coffe machine, kittle and sandwich toaster . The real plus point is nikolas, he is an amazing host, responsive, helpful, and even if he is not there personally he is availabel through phone or whatsapo and really deserve a 5 star for his management and hospitality. Bottom line the place is very nice and an excellent value for money and will not hesitate for a second to book there again in my next visit.

We loved everything about our stay at the Sunrise Pearl! Room – The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. Our balcony has a side view of the sea, giving us a perfect view of the sunrise each morning, a beautiful way to start the day. Breakfast – Absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options. You can order made-to-order items like omelettes, poached eggs, and fried eggs. Plus, the view from the breakfast area makes the experience even better. Beachfront – One of the highlights! When you check in, you're assigned sunbeds that are reserved for your entire stay. Make sure to take a walk around the pools and beachfront to decide where you’d like to sit. We chose a first-row spot with a direct beach view and loved it. The hotel layout really caters to different guests: families with children tend to gather around the main pools, while older couples often relax at the adults-only pool. There’s truly something for everyone. Gym – We absolutely loved the gym! Its location is inspiring and the equipment is great, making it easy to stick to a workout routine similar to what you might do at home. The only minor downside was that the leg extension machine was out of order during the 5- mornings we were there — not a big deal, but worth mentioning since everything else was so well-maintained. Location – The hotel is in a fantastic spot: walking distance to many restaurants and beaches, and just a short drive from stunning places like the Sea Caves.

We had a lovely 2 week break at Palm Villa. We cannot fault the villa at all. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely pool, quiet, and within a 7 min walk to the bars and restaurants. Buses go regularly to other areas if you want to visit and run until late so no need for a car. Taz and his sister were great hosts and communication was great before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you for a great holiday 😊

The check-in process was easy and the host was very nice. Generally, the apartment is very clean and has a very great view (especially during sunset). Just a short walk to the “core” of Protaras with many restaurants and bars. Definitely a comfortable stay overall.

Beautiful location, hotel and grounds. Closeby lots of restaurants/pubs, beach walks. We stayed in May and there were plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Very close to the beach, we stayed in the grassy adult area most times and swam in the sea and pool. Amazing staff 10/10. Reception staff were always polite and helpful, special thank you for extending chekout so we could enjoy the hotel until it was time to leave. We loved the complimentary cocktail evening with canapes which was a special welcome in the beginning of the season, also the super friendly omelette chef and the experience of making cypriot coffee at breakfast which was also amazing. Would love to stay here again.
