Amazing room, huge, with wonderful views over the sea. Very kind service and delicious breakfast.

Location Abis hotel is perfectly located a bit north on Lungomare. It is where the beach gets nicer (beach and water) and the atmosphere more calm. It is only a 20 minutes walk from city center and along the way there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. There is also a bus stop just outside. Hotel It is newly built (2024 July) and the rooms are really great. We stayed in a family room on the 7th floor with a large terrace with a view of the mountains. They also have rooms with sea view depending on when you want to have the hot sun at your terrace. Everything is modern and of high quality. Our room had two large bathrooms with showers. The beds were very comfortable. Across the street the hotel has a private section of the beach where they have sunbeds that is included in the price which is really good. Just to walk down to the beach when you have had your breakfast. Food & Beverage The breakfast had many choices. Scrambled egg, sausages, grilled vegetables. Different types of fruits, yoghurt, smoothies, juices and several desserts. We had lunch there a couple of times and I can recommend the fish dishes, the risottos and the exotic sallad. The coffee was also good. They know how to make a double macchiato :) The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The spa We didn’t try the spa since it was very hot weather during our stay. We did try the massage and it was a nice experience. All in all we had a great time in Vlora and Abis. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this place if you’re planning to go to Vlora.

Our hosts were so wonderful and friendly. The house was beautiful and very well kept. It was a short walk into the city centre which was ideal to go get dinner etc. We had a car and parked on the street with no issues. Would highly recommend.

If I could give 11 stars, I would. Really fantastic hotel - stylish, modern and very welcoming staff. Very good and tasty breakfast served in the room. Sunbeds and free parking near hotel are included.

The hotel was amazing, we were 5 girls on vacation and the room, location was perfect, The saff was very kind and breakfast was delicious with an amazing view, I am definetely coming back.

Great location, just cross the street and you’re at the beach. The apartment is spacious and clean. Has a well equipped kitchen and free street parking just below the building. Tip: have dinner at restaurant tradicional Vani. Always busy and great (sea)food! It’s just around the corner.

Host are very polite and they want to help you. It was very clean, bedsheets and towels were changed every 2 days. Very spacious apartment, has everything you need. I recommend staying here!

The host was very friendly. We parked the car in the yard. The room was clean and tidy. The fridge, air conditioner and wifi worked. We were given a free bottle of water per person.
