The balcony is like an additional kitchen with induction stew, microwave oven, Senseo coffee machine- coffee pads for the whole stay. Cooking in the balcony with open windows is fun that avoids any odorsin the apartment. The owner answers any request promptly, an extremely nice lady. The beach is so close you can jump there in 1 minute.

Nice appartement with fantastic terrasse, a short walk from the center of Sutivan. Very friendly staff. There is a grocery shop across the street. AC and wifi were working fine, also on the terrasse.
