The location - in the centre of the town with many restaurants, supermarket, nice shops nearby and close to entrance of various hiking trails. The room is spotlessly clean and well-furnished. The host is very friendly and helpful - she helped arrange and facilitate our transportation and our luggage logistic. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watched and hustle and bustle of the town. We recommend this place and this host and look forward to coming back.

very close to the beach, nice outdoor with good shade and in very quiet area. Perfect for the families with the kids, you can have nice meal outside of the house and enjoy the sea breeze. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Immaculately clean and tidy as serviced every day, super comfy large bed with very plumped pillows, we stayed in Room 1 of which the rooms were very spacious, a really lovely calm, quiet and airconditioned retreat to chill out in after a hot day :) lots of storage space, very well equipped kitchen, absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay, highly recommended :)

The room was very nice and well equipped. The location was a bit further from the centre, but in a walkable distance. We rented a car so we had not problem with parking either. The owner was very nice, she gave us a few tips and borrowed us a sunshade every day. We also used a washing machine which was a big plus of this accommodation.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are a family from Romania, and we felt extremely well during our stay with you. You pay attention to every little detail - the location is fantastic, Sami is a wonderful place, close to many attractions. The villa is amazing: it has a pool, natural shade, peace and quiet, and spacious rooms. The cleanliness was outstanding - there is a lady from Albania who keeps everything spotless. We've never seen anything like it anywhere! She changed the towels and cleaned every single day, even though it wasn't necessary - we joked that not even at home do we change towels so often! We felt truly comfortable and happy there. We warmly recommend this place to everyone! ChatGPT > The service was excellent, and surprisingly - since Greek coffee usually isn't great - here we had the best coffee we've ever tasted! They had everything we needed. Everything was simply perfect. Thank you - we will gladly come back!

We had a fantastic two-week stay in the one bed house at The Seasons of Nickolas. Akis, the host, is incredibly welcoming and generous. He made us feel very at home and was there to help with anything we could need. The accommodation is a perfect size for a couple and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen is well equipped and the shaded outside patio is a great place to eat and spend evenings relaxing, with a lovely view of the mountains. The house is a few minutes' walk from the seaside town Aggia Effimia, which has lots of restaurants to eat in or have a drink. There are also two bakeries and a few convenience stores, which is perfect to have on your doorstep. The location is also perfect for exploring the island and within easy reach of other towns, beaches and other sites to explore. However, you will need a car to easily travel around the island. The accommodation is exactly as described and we would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We had a fantastic stay and really didn't want to leave!
