The rooms were clean and fresh with all the amenities we needed - huge bed, vanity table with mirror, wardrobe, hair dryer as well as toothbrush and toiletries. The location is excellent - on a small bustling street in the old quarter with everything you need within a short walk. Best of all was Mrs Laura - the host - she couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. She was excellent at communicating over WhatsApp from booking until the moment we left. She organised the taxi from the airport to the hotel and even came out to meet us from the taxi. She can also help organise other experiences in Vietnam such as Ha Long bay boat trip or Ha Giang loop tour. Laura made our stay so pleasant and we will be staying here again when we come back to Hanoi!

Beautiful design, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We arrived by night bus in the middle of the night (can’t remember maybe 3am), although the host provided us with check in instructions, it didn’t really work and we could check in. Thankfully the hosts were still awake and came down to help us. There’s a beautiful cafe downstairs with really interesting drinks. Sadly I only stayed 1 morning and didn’t get to try more. Location is in the center of the old quarters, very convenient. There’s even an elevator in the property. The balcony and windows are really welcome, as most accommodations in old quarters don’t have windows.

    Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room. Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony. It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.

    The apartment was a lake view studio with a lovely view across the lake onto the pagoda, the apartment had everything we need for self catering. A short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Highly recommend if you are looking to self cater and want a bit of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the Centre
