I booked a two bed rooms apartment and it was very clean and daily cleaning service was great. All what the family needs was available. The whole building is in new condition and found clean at all times.

First Men Apartment exceeded my expectations. The property is just at the heart of the city and the location was perfect close to everything I needed during my stay, such as KM hypermarket, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was new, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff service was very professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Khalid and his colleagues in front desk / reservations team. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfort place to stay in Salalah. For continue improvement, as the hotel is new, need to open the restaurant as soon as possible to serve the guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Rateel Hotel Apartments. The property is well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Check in was easy. Payment is possible by card. The apartment was clean and ready to live. Bed sheet and towels were fresh and clean. It was good to have a small kitchen there, we used it to cook the breakfast. Because there are no good restaurants around (mainly Indian small shops and cafe). Keep the water tank always on (heating), otherwise your shower will be with cold water only. Upon check in it was VERY storng smell of bukhoor in the room, that is how the place is greeting the guests. Comparing to other apartments in Salalah - this place is very nice.
