Spacious apartment….We are from Tampa, Florida USA during our trip to Seville we figured since we are close we can fly into Marrakech for 48 hours. To start Moroccan people are beautiful and humble, that is the best way to describe this apartment beautiful. Towels are cotton soft, water in bathroom shower have amazing pressure. Apartment is located extremely close to airport and is about 22-25 min to Medina and mall that has supermarket called carre four. We absolutely loved our stay and staff, we recommend stay 100% for couples and families neighborhood is safe. We will be back thank you!

My sister and I stayed for one night, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked, Fatima Zahra was in contact with us both by phone and in person. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She even surprised us with a lovely fruit basket, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly cozy. It had a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The owner of the apartment Yassin was also very responsive and kind throughout. This place is the definition of true hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely come back without hesitation. I also hope that future guests treat the apartment with the same care and respect, so it remains as beautiful and inviting as it is now. Wishing Fatima Zahra and Yassin all the best—they truly deserve it!

The apartment is new, all the fit in was excellent Air conditioning is perfect, the TV and kitchen is outstanding I would like to mention that Mr Mustafa the house manager and his cleaning team were very quick to respond to any help. The location was in a quite family orientated neighbourhood. Access was easy, although the location of the property was a little difficult to find the owner and his assistant were very responsive so we got there after a little while. The apartment was clean and tidy with access to the terrace and use of a washing machine which was very welcome as we'd been travelling in total for 7 weeks by ths point. The local shops had everything we needed. Cafes, bakeries and souk nearby. The city centre is around 15 minutes taxi drive away as well as Al Mazar mall if needing a supermarket. The neighbours were friendly. The apartment was a little cold over night but there is heating installed so we used that over night(we stayed in December) The apartment was very clean and tidy and it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped too. We enjoyed visiting the local masjid regularly for prayers and buying fruit at the stalls outside afterwards.

The host never showed up or gave me the keys, despite confirming my reservation. I called and messaged multiple times with no response. I was charged for a stay I couldn’t even access, and the property completely ignored me. This felt like a scam and ruined my experience.
