very clean and convenient. We took the Nankai Rapi:t Airport Express from KIX and it stops here before Namba. It is a 15 min from the station but it helps that there are supermarkets along the way to shop for some groceries. Instructions to find out way and self check in were clear

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a bit out of the way, but the quietness gives it it's charm. Public transport is close by so you can get around town very easy. The building is renovated early 2025, so everything looks prim and proper. There is a fridge (with complementary water & tea) and a microwave in the room. The shower is nice, and the beds were comfy. The hosts are kind and helpful and offered to bring us to the train station because it's raining. That's a nice bonus. So, if you're not craving for the busy city life, but are looking for a quiet place as base to get around, this place is highly recommended.

AI Annex is a perfect place for tourists. It's only 2min walk from both the Osaka metro and Nankai railway Tengachaya stations. Even you have heavy luggage with you It's not a pain. Two large supermarkets next to the station and many restaurants around the area. AI Annex is large and everything is equipped as shown on the photos. We stayed for 12 nights and we felt comfortable as at home and enjoyed every day. I will definitely book it again for my visit in Osaka again. Highly recommended.
