The location of the apartment was perfect. You have access to a private beach, with a nice garden, sun beds and umbrella. It’s 15 min. away from beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Near Kavos night life (5 min by foot) but far enough to not being disturbed by it. It is a really quiet place where you can relax. Also the nice terras with a view on the sea is perfect for breakfast. The house is brand new with new furniture, sheets, towels, fridge, airco, water boiler, plates, etc. It is very clean and there is a cleaning lady who takes care of your room and bathroom. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy a nice holiday. There is also a big parking space for your car in front of the house. The owners are a young couple who are very nice and extremely helpful. They speak also English. You have a quick communication once you book the apartment. We were there in mid July 2023 for 10 days. Perfect. I recommend!

Of all the booking.com accommodations I rate this as the best that we have stayed at - very modern, spacious, very friendly and informative hosts. Be aware that even though this accommodation is an hour drive from Corfu Town, there are regular ferry crossings from the main land with a shorter duration and at a better rate.

We had 2 weeks (the last 2 weeks of September) of great workation from this hotel. The pool is the biggest advantage. Despite the fact that this September was cold we still spent time in the pool. Next year they plan to have a heating, that will be just awesome! Fingers crossed. The room was clean and well equipped and has everything you need for cooking. No dishwasher in the room. The hotel has a huge kitchen near the hotel and a washing machine onsite. Each week there is a meeting party, where everybody can get to know each other. Alois is preparing meat that you bought in a market. Alois will arrange this also. Also, there is an option when the owner drives you to a beach in the morning and in the evening takes you back to the hotel. Thanks to the owner Alois, we rent a car and took a boat trip. The car rental was the cheapest in the region. The boat trip on the yacht was the best that we had during workation, it was a bit expensive (50 eur/person), but it was worth the money since you are only 20 people on the yacht. From the bottom of our hearts, we wish to stay healthy for Conny, Alois, and Federiki!

The studio and its location are a perfect choice for everyone looking for an authentic and peaceful experience in Corfu. Kostas and his family are incredibly friendly and helpful people. So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

If you re looking for a quiet private place with a beautiful sandy clean beach 300 meters away ( when we were mostly completely alone :-), 15 min walk on the beach leads you the Santa Barbaras beach where you can pop in for a coffee, drink or yummy food) thats the place for you !We rented a car at the airport and had this quiet place to comfort us after some long trips getting to know Corfu, having an early or late night swim at "our" beach. Nearby is a great restaurant Malibu run by a Czech lady that serve great food and drinks, but further there is plenty places to eat and small supermarkets. The owners of the apartments are ready to meet your needs so we had everything for a great relaxing trip. We woud love to come again:).

The location is really beautiful, the studio room had a huge balcony with gorgeous views and a nice pool, very comfy bed and pillows, friendly and warm welcome from Kostas, small peaceful fishing village with restaurants and a little market.

This hotel is a superb and serene place, perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartment is in a wonderful location, with everything nearby. The host Kostas took care of us throughout our stay, helping with all our concerns! Spiros was very helpful with the car rental. One of the best holidays! We got to experience true Greek hospitality and culture. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Corfu and had an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean and well-organized. It offers an incredible sea view, with the beach just a few steps away. Sunbeds were also provided, which made our beach time even more enjoyable. Theo, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, always available to assist with any needs. Highly recommended!
