The flat was very nice and clean, just as described in the photos. It's very centrally located, close to the metro station, and next to very good coffee places and wine bars. But most importantly the host is super committed, we felt very welcomed in his hotel. He offered to pick us up at the bus station, allowed us a late check out, and was super responsive. Such a great place!

The main thing about this place is brilliant purity! Very good kitchen with things for preparing, good knifes (it's not often in hotels). And one thing: really powerful water pressure. I mean totally powerful, it's great!

Very nice and clean place with a nice view! The host, Victoria, amazing and was very helpful with different recommendations regarding the restaurants, the place to visit etc. The possibility to use private sauna and little pool was highly appreciated!

The property is settled at the lovely hill where is nice view , the weather was just fine, sunny and no rain. Easy access to all parts of the city, also if you need take away food there is big variety to choose from around the area. Inside the rooms you have QR code with tips and information about the city which is nice add on. Couldn’t recommend more! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything. This is the perfect place if you want to feel like you actually live in tbilisi. It is inside a small courtyard community with local living there. The room is a studio in ground floor with your own access and keys. Very close to the old town and a lot of restaurant, bars, and touristic spots. Nini the host was so sweet and helpful. She brought us a small gift and was keeping in touch in case we need anything. She recommended us some local dishes to eat and places to go. I really recommend you to try this place

The apartment offered all you needed for a normal sleep, including a nice bed, fresh clean bed linen, a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and chairs. There was even a washer and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom included a shower and both cold and hot water. There was a hairdryer. The kitchen featured a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and dishes, plates, cups, glasses of different sizes, spoons, forks, knives, etc..
