The apartment is has been decorated so beautifully that it feels luxurious and yet homely at the same time. The space is great with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room worked really well for us. The allocated parking space makes it very easy as you don’t have to search for a place each time you return. We will definitely return!

The property was equipped with everything you could need plus some lovely extra touches such as house slippers, biscuits and a very informative guest information book. The interior design and use of space and lighting was superb and the host was very welcoming and conveniently located if there were any issues. There is a beautiful balcony to sit out on and a fantastic huge shower in the bathroom.

The flat was so clean and comfortable. All appliances and utilities were available in the kitchen. They also provide 2 Air conditioners and 2 fans for both rooms. Netflix also provides which my kids likes a lot. Location of the flat was very good . Parking available front of the building. We were very happy to stay there . Highly recommended .

Google maps puts you outside 74 Robin Hood Lane but you need to go a little further down the hill and turn right at GP surgery where the road forks to stay on Robin Hood Lane. No house number visible but number 32 next door has big visible numbers. Our takeaway delivery had the same issue trying to find the property so put a note on any takeaways.

My partner and I stayed for three nights. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of Rochester town centre with all it’s attractions. The top floor apartment is beautifully appointed with tasteful decor and furniture. All the facilities were spotlessly clean and in perfect working order. There’s free on road parking outside the property and, when this was full, the owners allowed us to park on their drive.
