All snow was clear and access was lit very well. Room was beatiful, everywhere was clean. The water bottles were a nice touch and the table setting was lovely. Clear notes around the room were helpful.

It was a totally interesting way to check in to a hotel. Everything was done by text and by phone. Key was provided to a phone app When I was confused by parking they immediately responded and helped. But I didn't actually speak to anyone although we could reach a person if needed. Little apartment had everything we needed for our little getaway. It was quiet and comfortable.

It was absolutely perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay during my short stint in Elora. The super king size bed was particularly comfortable and being greeted by the very friendly golden retriever was the icing on the cake ❤️

I had expected to get a large room but instead got a very spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms an expansive kitchen, dining area and lounge. Apart from the fantastic panoramic window there was also two spacious balconies. I also had underground parking which was very accessible. I did not actually meet any staff but any WhatsApp enquiries were answered very quickly, efficiently and politely. The location was perfect, in a very nice area but close to shops and restaurants.

Adorable place. Very thoughtful hosts. Small details that make you feel like home. Coffee machine and bottles of water in the fridge. The fireplace is just lovely. Clean and cozy place. Will definitely be back.
