The apartment is located in a wonderful area — not right in the center, but very close to it, with everything easily accessible. The host was amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and provided clear self check-in instructions. There was even a lovely welcome treat waiting for us! ✨ The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a little cozy island where you instantly feel at home. The host kindly mentioned that the building is still under construction, but that didn’t bother us at all — as a photographer, I actually loved it! It was a real surprise to find such a stylish and soulful apartment in a place like this. The peace, atmosphere, and special energy of the apartment were worth everything — it feels like being in the mountains, yet the city center is just around the corner. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again when we return from Sevan! ❤️ Wishing you all the success and to keep going 100%!

The location was awesome! You can walk to the metro, Vernissage Market, and Republic Square. There is a Carrefour right outside the building. If you walk up the street, you will also see Yerevan City and Zovq Supermarket. The apartment is equipped with things you'll need for cooking and doing laundry. They offered to clean the apartment on our 3rd day but if you don't feel like having people come over, you can also do it yourself as there is a vacuum cleaner and a broom in there.

Thank you for this. + The room was as described and very clean, with regular cleaning service. + Very convenient to have a washing machine and a kitchen for a long stay. + The large closet allowed us to put all our clothing away and feel at home without needing to open our suitcases all the time. + The staff were professional and friendly. + Location is very central and close to everything. + Good air-conditioning.
