We stayed at Fenix Apartment during a difficult moment: we arrived in Thessaloniki, but the rental car company we had booked with didn’t give us the car – we were completely stranded. Luckily, Yanis, turned out to be an amazing person. He went out of his way to help us find another car rental company and showed incredible kindness and support when we needed it most. We’re so grateful! The apartment is in a great location, well-connected and convenient for exploring Kassandra. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Huge thanks to Yanis for his warmth and helpfulness. Highly recommended – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with shower, slippers and a hair dryer. Each unit is fitted with a kettle, while some rooms are fitted with a balcony and others also feature sea views. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Great location its close to the beach, apartments are brand new and really comfortable&clean, good Wifi connectivity, the staff was polite and helpful. Recommended 10/10!

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. Hosts and staff are very friendly and hospitable Hotel is better than on the pictures, it is probably the best one in Hanioti. Apts are being cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed every other day. Breakfast is great and tasty, we've enjoyed it every time Pool is clean and there is enough place for diving and swimming, you can enjoy besides the pool with drinks from the pool bar, Reno makes great cocktails. We will gladly return to Luuks on our next trip to Hanioti

The location is good, close to beach and there are many shops around.
