I had an amazing stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us with things unrelated to our stay. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a huge impression. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, but it’s the staff that truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hospitality of the staff is exceptional. I had a problem with the airco so they apologized and upgraded me from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. My father got sick there and they offered their help and pointed me to the doctor. I came with a broken luggage and the took it and repaired it for me. The hotel is so clean, the service is perfect. The location in Dokki is amazing. I highly recommend it

Nice staff and a comfortable room. The stuff reacted fast on any request and they were really friendly and helpful. The room looks exactly like the fotos and its really comfortable and amazing with the view.
