Staffs are diligent to find an alternative solution toward guest's request and communicate well with the top management. I experienced a lovely suggestion to use top level room with fantastic balcony view which has enough space for 5 peoples. Buffet style breakfast is excellent to have a variety of choice. Parking lot is not covered but the location is nearby with easy access by plate number identification. Public transportation ticket is also useful. Thank you Ariana for warm welcome coffee and excellent suggestion of room change.

Apartment was great. Very clean, spacious, big windows with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Everything you need is there (fully equipped kitchen, cozy bathrooms with heated floors). Quiet neigbourhood, walking distance to few restaurants and market. Ski bus just outside. Free parking, big ski room to store your skis/snowboard, including dryers for the boots.

Beautiful apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended. They also provided free snowshoeing with a guide which was AWESOME! Note that the distance from the Gondola and city center is ~2km so requires having a car. As long as you have a car it's not an issue at all.

The property and town were beautiful, we only stayed one night but would have loved more time to spend in the lovely apartment as well as taking advantage of the wellness centre and restaurant that were apart of the hotel. The views were incredible to wake up to and all of our interactions with the staff were great. The facilities within the unit were amazing compared to some other hotels we’ve stayed in, they provided a great selection of kitchenware and the bathroom and bedroom was nice.
