Great location. You cannot get to the hotel directly by the car, but we received great input regarding where to park, which parking is free and how to get to the place. It was nice and tidy and quiet. Bed was comfortable. We had dog with us, 10 euro extra which was nice

The appartement is really good and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Free parking. The neighbourhood is calm, safe and very green. The wi-fi was at the best quality during our 2 weeks of travelling around Italy. A large supermarket is close, so you can buy food for breakfast.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Marco and Virgilio went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They helped us get to and from the train station, as well as giving a detailed explanation on how to get to the famous nearby waterfall, which was an amazing experience. It was a very nice stay. The apartment was very cosy, clean and the staff was very friendly. Supermarket is just in the next building. Everything was very fine! I felt like at home.

The accommodation in Podere del Monte is a wonderful location if you wish to visit the area in the north of Rome along the A1 highway. You can make the trip to Rome in 1 hour, you can visit the the lake Bolsena and many great places on the boarder of Lazio, Toscana and Umbria provinces. The facility is spacious and quiet, an ideal place to have a family or friends holiday. The host is super friendly and welcoming. Many thanks for the breakfast with best Italian coffee. We enjoyed the stay and recommend this place to everybody. Also the pool was a lot of fun. Thank you.
