I liked that it was very close to the central bus station, since we traveled by bus. Also, it was very clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was super comfortable.

The property is very nice, very tidy, equipped with all necessarry equipment! The bed and pillows are quite comfi. The TV has all movie apps included. You only need to log in. The check in and check out is very easy and the owner very responsive. The location is close to good restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the center. Breakfast is offered by 5 eur coupon that you can use to 2 Pasticcerrias nearby. The building and the area around are queit and secured.

Fantastic location. We walked to and rom train station. Lovely clean bright apartment. Great facilities including washing machine /dryer. Air conditioning. Coffee Machine. No key, just code so very convenient for all guests. Check in was straightforward. Best feature was location! So central to everything. Bolgona is a beautiful city. Would highly recommend!

The deluxe studio was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette, with a 2 plate hob, microwave and a medium sized fridge/freezer. It also had ample storage space, a large double bed and a large TV. It also had a good sized bathroom with a shower. When not foggy, the room offered a lovely view of Santuario di San Luca, and lots of natural light, since the room was on the 7th floor. The residence also has a pay-per-use laundry room. The staff is very helpful. The residence is close to the bus stop and the Borgo Panigale train station.

Paolo was so kind and helpful in every way. My luggage was lost for several days and he made receiving it from the courier very easy. Also he shared some wonderful restaurant suggestions and the location was awesomely in the thick of vibrant, fun Bologna! I loved my stay there. :))
