Room 45, this is the room that you need. Super clean, comfortable bed and pillow, very cosy. Best location (only problem I faced was carrying the suitcase as the road was old stone pavement and very sloppy). Marina the lady was absolutely sweet and kind. She personally made sure everything was prefect.

Great location. We were close to everything, all within walking distance of the property. Lili (our main contact) was very helpful before our stay by updating us on the room we booked. Then, 2 nights after we had arrived she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with a larger bed as my wife had wanted a larger bed. We stayed for 8 nights in total. First, we were in rm 12 (2 nights), then we were upgraded to room 10 (6 nights). This is a small boutique hotel with self catering facilities. Modern renovated studio apartments & rooms in a charming Tbilisi typical old town building. We loved the extra touch with the filtered water available in the common area. Thanks Lili and staff at Paskunji Residence for a great stay.

The nice and clean please with fresh renovation in the kitchen you will find everything that you will need for your stay even the tiny dishwashing machine. The location is perfect to be in the city center but away from the noise of the touristic zones. The owners were very nice they met us in the dead of the night to guide us to the hotel.

First of all is good, beyond my expectations. feels like i am at home. so homey, smells the rooms so calm, the furniture is vintages. The owner is welcome me so warm, and her daughter treats me so well when i am informed to staying only 2 night due the schedule of my trips change. She is so helpful and nice. I'd loved to stayed in here again for my next trip in Tbilisi. The room complete with all the things, and what I loved is cat e.g. cup of tea/coffee, pillow, so cute. Wi-fi is faster. All is superb. Near to the old town of Tbilisi.

From two days prior to check-in the communication was clear and on point. The owners are very nice and we felt at home since we got here. We got a little bit earlier check-in and allowed to leave a little bit later due to our flight. We were welcomed with a good bottle of wine and we even received something special from the owner. Due to some family loss on the night of arrival.
