The location was very flexible with changing my booking to a day earlier as I made the mistake of selecting the wrong days. Even with payment from booking to the location not being smooth, they were very accomodating! And the bed was great, slept like a baby!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations and the only thing that disappointed me was not being able to have my offer of a tip accepted as it went against company policy. The staff were amazing with us and the simplicity but attention to very small details with what the hotel had really impressed me a lot.
