Owner is hospitable and kindly answered to all our questions. Everything was there and even more that usually not included in apartments. Location is ideal as you can reach mall, all kinds of kids entertainments by foot (winter time) and very nice promenade zone with restaurants/cafe. Unusual phenomenon for all Middle east countries is river - which was very nice. Convenient road junctions so you can reach easily downtown.

The hotel is modern and good furnitured. I got free upgrade and that was a pleasant surprise. The reception is very helpful and polite. There is a good swimming pool of a proper size on the top. What I liked very much was room-in dining: tasty, good price and quickly done. There is Abu-Dhabi mall in 10 minutes walk, there are many shops around. Actually it's worth 5* rate. I will definitely come back to this hotel soon and I highly recommend it for my friends/
