Once we got over the sticker shock of booking a hotel in Tokyo last minute, we settled on this place largely because of price. The room was small but will appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is on a main shopping street that doesn't specifically cater to tourists. I can't say that it's centrally located, but that's honestly what we enjoyed about it the most. The TV defaults to an info channel that, if you let it loop long enough, gives a handful of useful tips for tourists. Some of these were quite helpful and I appreciated learning how to specifically expresses appreciation for the food we were served during our trip.

I like the space, cleanliness, and location. At this price, the space is terrific. Cleanliness surpassed my expectations. The convenient location to 2 stations and many eateries was perfect for this business trip. Definitely recommended!

Very convenient to the JY line. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location and even though you are right in the middle of Shinjuku, the noise from outside does not get into the room. Very clean and new. The bed is super comfortable!

It is located in not a touristic district but it was very interesting for me to discover the local culture here. I highly recommend the restaurant Genkimaru nearby. The room itself was small but very comfortable with all the famous Japanese facilities. It was a little bit expensive for me but it's definitely a value for money. There was an origami in my room :) The Komagome metro is in 5 minutes walk, not very far going to the main touristic places such as Shibuya or Shinjuku.

The hotel is very nice. The bath are great. Everything was absolutely very clean. From the floor 17th you have a nice view of the city. They bring you fresch towels everyday. Very close to a metro station and very central in the city.
