I travel from Asia to Europe every winter but I have never seen such caring staff as in this hotel, especially the front desk reception manager Muhammed Humus is very caring and attentive, he called and texted every day and asked if we needed anything! It is definitely a great hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in Sunrise Montemare for one week with my best friend and our two kids each. Our stay was great. The hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The room was very nice and big and beds were super comfortable. The food and the drinks were very tasty for us. The staff is very nice too, all of them are there to make your holliday nice.We will come bake here again.

Just 1 km from the beach, Charmillion Club Aquapark is located in the Nabq area in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything here is an amazing start from reception with Mr. shenouda is a very nice person he is doing his best at reception disk to make the people happy to all the staff and is welcome people and to housekeepers, especially Yasin. He was our room keeper. He is doing his best at work every one here smiling person asking always if you need any help and the food it was great and tasty and the pool boy Ali very nice person relay It was a very wonderful experience

Located along with its private beach in the famous area of Sharks Bay, the SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort is surrounded by gardens and offers a variety of facilities, including a spa. As part of posh club, was great experience. Staff was amazing. Anna is just awesome.
