The ambient and atmosphere is nice, laid back and pleasant, no rush or hustle at the sight, stuff just great and friendly ...Stroll down the yard directly to the sandy beach and refreshing sea. We had direct access from the room terrace onto the maintained garden and pool. Coctail bars are on the beach and at the pool, the whole place not excessively big but just the right size to relax and enjoy, we really hit the relaxed summer vibe in February. Everything is taken care off, guests needs or wishes (trips to other parts of Egypt) easily organised. Cleanliness 100% ! Located in the heart of Madinat Makadi, the 5 star JAZ Aquaviva offers Makadi Water World featuring 50 adrenalin-pumping water slides and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course an extra charge. Every meal was good, the staff were amazing. The Customer Service was beyond what I had ever experienced. Everyone knew my name, and there was so many staff, and it was just incredible. The pools were really good and the waterslides were so much fun. It was all so clean!! From our rooms to the grounds to the pools to the bathrooms to the seating areas just absolutely everything was incredible.

Everything was 10/10 I have travelled to a number of places and stayed in luxury hotels but this hotel definitely is up there! Extremely happy with everything! Staff were helpful, extremely accommodating and helpful Especially Rahim who was in contact with me all the stay even after his working hours . Best food we have had at an all inclusive resort, all the meals are well curated.
