The restaurants and bars are of a remarkably high standard, not only in food quality but also in service – professional, fast, attentive, and always with a smile. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a drink by the pool – we felt genuinely cared for. What truly sets Rixos apart is the service. We’ve experienced great hotels, but the level of care, responsiveness, and warmth from the staff here was unmatched. From the front desk to the WhatsApp personal assistant, every request was handled quickly and kindly. The entire staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. Our room was kept immaculately clean, with fresh flowers and thoughtful touches every day. The housekeeping team was meticulous, and their attention to detail made us feel special. One of the highlights was how the hotel made our 6-year-old daughter’s birthday unforgettable – surprising her with not one, but five different birthday cakes throughout our stay in the most heartwarming and joyful moments. It’s that kind of thoughtful gesture that makes Rixos more than just a hotel – it becomes a cherished memory.

When we got there our room didnt have a walk in shower and the reception changed our room to one which has one even though i didnt book one. The whole experience was lovely
