Top notch hotel, service and staff. Nature is heaven like. Beach is amazing. EXCEPTIONAL Turkish and international food varieties (Trust me, I am a professional chef) Finest ingredients are used. Superb cocktails by mixologists. Rooms are bigger than regular hotels. Super comfy beds. Guest relations are communicating with guests almost everyday. If you need anything, they immediately take care of it. I have traveled A LOT and Rixos Premium Gocek would easily fall under the Top 3 Hotels on my list. Go for it. You won’t be sorry. We will absolutely come back! Comfy, cozy with friendly staff. The interiors and furniture are a bit dated, but well-maintained and clean. Decent food. Overall great value for the price!

I can appreciate this hotel enough. from the beginning to end, it was was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful especially samira at the reception. The kids loved the water slides 🛝. The food was a divine spread. we will definitely come again

Stunning hotel with so much to do!! We only stayed one night. Wish we we able to stay longer to enjoy more of this hotel..

I liked almost everything, green hotel, clean, friendly staff, they have given me bigger and better room than that I have booked, the food is good and clean restaurant.

It was clean, nice views and eventho a lot of people were there the area was soo big you could always find a quiet place.

Everything. Lovely surroundings, lovely staff, lovely food, very friendly and professional staff. Loved the yoga-lovely teacher Susan. Fitness instructor was very good, enjoyed the walk and brain kinetic. Young man who worked in the spa was exceptional- doing the massage, all the cleaning and constantly busy yet always smiling!! Only down aside was the attitude of the spa desk reception to other staff especially to this young lad-actually made us feel uncomfortable to see older men on reception bully this lad who appeared to be doing everything. We witnessed this on two separate days. If the hotel management is reading this we would appreciate someone reaching out to us on this issue.

This was our second stay ay this hotel in this summer season. We had wonderful time with my family. The location was peaceful, quiet and all green with lots of botanic plants. The rooös were lovely and offered us too much privacy and comfort. The staff was extremelu kind and helpful. They always seemed quite motivated and polite amd smiling. Thr beach was clean and the sand was perfect. Also special thanks for Mr. Serhat Demir the hotel manager for directing and co-ordinating tjhis lovely and kindly staff also thanks for Mr. Ömür Öztürk the front office manager ehose dedication and care ensured my family had the best possinle ecperience. Also his team mated from the front office reception desk were outdtanding hospitality leaders.and made us feel truly welcomed. What really sets Tui Blue Sarıgerme resort is the quality of the food. The buffet offering were exceptional - fresh diverse and consistently delicious. We also had the pleasure of dining at Levantrn a la carte restaurant and every dish was thouhthfully prepared and full of flavour and the staff working there was inctedibly professional, kind and helpful. Also special thanks for thr mini kids club supervisor Hicran and her team mates with their plenty of activities which kept our child entertained all throughout the day time. Overall it was a pleasant and highly memorable exprrience fpr us and we would love to stay one more time. Thanks for everything.
