All-Inclusive Stays in Plataniás

The experience of staying in Minoa Palace resort was simply outstanding! The facilities, the services and above all, the personnel, made our stay one of the most amazing experiences when it comes to summer vacation! We travelled for the first time with our baby which was 8 months old, and they made everything so easy for us, being always there to help us, to find solutions for us, and always with a huge smile on everyone’s face! Totally recommend it!

We really liked the hotel staff-friendly, polite and lovely people. Thank you for hosting us so perfectly. The food was nice- our favorites were lunch and dinner🍽️😍 Cocktails were amazing and barmens super cool. Loved the animation team. Totally nice time in this hotel.

We liked everything. It is a quiet area. Clean rooms, good food, the lady from the reception was very nice. The beach is 600 meters.

Everything was great. The food, the location, the facilities ... it is a great resort for families. Kids never get bored there with so many attractions. The staff îs very friendly and helpful all the time. We will definetly come back

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Really cannot say enough good things about this hotel, we absolutely loved every minute of our short stay here! The hotel is beautiful, it’s obviously recently refurbished and has a very relaxed luxurious and very cool ambience. But it’s the staff that really make it feel extra special. We were treated like VIPs as soon as we arrived, which having spoken to other people staying here is obviously how everyone is treated which is so lovely. Maria was amazing, she made us feel so welcome straight away and clearly wanted us to enjoy every minute of our stay here, we have never had such an amazing welcome to a hotel and we have stayed in many amazing hotels around the world. All the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, and also all really happy to chat and get to know you in a really genuine way, such lovely people. The manager Andreas went out of his way to accommodate our specific needs and he is clearly the reason why the hotel is run so smoothly and all the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs, so important. We booked this hotel because our son loves waterslides and he wasn’t disappointed! There are 4 really good slides which he could go down endlessly and lovely lifeguards there to help. What was nice was that the slides are set back a bit from the rest of the pool area, so in its own area, but not completely separated like other hotels we’ve been to. This means that for those not interested in the slides it’s not in your view and you don’t need to be any where near them as the rest of the pool area is really large with loads of sunbeds. But for the parents whose kids want to go on the slides, you don’t feel like you’re separated away from the main area and it’s just a nice chilled part to sunbathe in. There’s also other areas around the pool for smaller children to play and enjoy and for parents to still be in the main area and not feel separated.

It fully met our expectations. The staff was kind and helpful. The environment and the room were comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We received a welcome gift. Many program options that the hotel arranged for us. The pool is cleaned every day. We loved it, they made our a holiday and honey moon fantastic.

We had a bungalow with a pool which backed onto a small olive grove and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we ever required assistance. The food offer was excellent and the quality was high. We’d go back in a flash.
