I arrived at Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa on the 1st day of the season. The staff were so kind and welcoming, everyone was smiling and helpful. The hotel is huge, there are a lot of buildings and swimming-pools, but it's easy to find your way around. I spent an amazing time in the Sparkling Spa, the whole facility is divine, especially the pool and the hydromassage. Dinner was served on the 1st floor of the restaurant with a beautiful view over the hotel's beach and Theodorou Island. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet, the meals were delicious, especially the salads and deserts. ( I loved the orange cream! ) They offered Greek specialities, too. I got some Easter presents: "tsoureki" ( milkbread ) and Easter candles. This was a really nice touch. All in all, the hotel is great, but the kind and attentive staff make it even greater. I loved my short holiday at Porto Platanias and will definitely return.

We went to Isla Brown Chania for our Honeymoon, straight away after wedding. We absolutely couldn't pick better place!!! Beatiful view, brand new/ modern hotel. Breakfast until 12 was fantastic 10+++ out of 10 ;) The food was great! The hotel provides shuttle bus for guests to Chania and Stavros Beach, excellent service!! Don't worry about being stuck in a hotel room Everything was amazing ! Thank you!!!

Super easy, great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly and helpful staff (particularly loving towards our baby daughter)! Friendly place in general - great for kids of all ages. Nice gardens. Water park is fun too!

Staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. They took very good care of us! Food was excellent. There was a great choice in the main restaurant and all the food was prepared and seasoned really well.

Elegant room, spacious with comfy double bed and soft pillows. The television had a selection of channels, perfect for relaxing evenings. At the bathroom the shower was refreshing and the availability of a hairdryer was a nice touch. The hotel's attention to detail was evident with amenities such as a telephone, wardrobe with hangers, and complimentary toiletries. Overall my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Mr. George Operation's Manager as well as Alexandra, Roula and all the staff was really helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

The superior suite was very spacious with a beautiful beach view from the balcony. The second pool is great and was not too crowded (June). Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
