Beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality. Staff at the adult pool and beach area were particularly attentive. The executive chef was giving us food recommendations and always followed up, that was really cool! Our second visit to Reef Oasis Blue Bay from April 26 to 30 reaffirmed that this place is a true paradise. The hotel continues to impress with its magnificent reef, friendly staff, and high level of service. Despite a minor mix-up with the room on the first day - we were offered a different room than we had booked - the situation was quickly resolved after we approached the registration desk. This minor incident did not affect our overall impression, and we eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return here again.
