Hotels near Da Nang International Airport - DAD, Da Nang

Danang is a vibrant city with old and new traditional mixed in a friendly way. People are friendly and places are clean. We spent 4 days including one night in Hoi An. Although it was raining mostly, it did not ruin our trip, we had a blast. The bars along the river in Hoi An was amazing, people are dancing happily and enjoying themselves. The old town area in Hoi An was incrediable, many cafes to try, and would recommend one named Faifo Coffee, at the rooftop, you can see the overall old town view. Also, the Banh Mi in Hoi An was very good, delicious! We also visited the Ba Na Hills and it was a good tourist point, but I would recommend the famous "golden bridge", rollar coaster and the Debay Wine Cellar. Other attractions are just mainly for photos. Many Cafes here and there, people are friendly and willing to guide you along the way. Definitely recommend this place if you haven't been.

Well-developed urban infrastructure, with the sea, mountains, rivers, the old downtown area, and the newly developed My Khe Beach beachfront hotel area. A Western-style street, numerous restaurants, bars, local eateries, and supermarkets. Safe nightlife. Friendly people. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Loved every aspect of our holidays. The many activities from early hours ( before sunrise) throughout the day to late hours. Many places to eat, drink snd discover new tastes, singing, dancing surfing, you name it, it’s there. We did few trips through the hotel as packages, for easy and less stress time. If you get a good tour guide like we did at first, it makes it worth it. However pn our 2nd trip ( to golden bridge) she wasn’t very good, had to just follow snd did not tell us anything, rushed us and shortens the trip by 2 hours. Next time I’d take a grab/taxi, pay entrance there and you do as you wish, plenty of restaurants/ food stalls to chose from. Were here 20 days and definitely would return as many things are still mystery and undiscovered. The best is the life of local people snd incredible beach.

The beach in Da Nang is great and lots of water-sports ect. I think it’s perfect for adventure or family holiday. Only negative is it’s a little soulless now around the beach so if authentic Vietnam is your wish there are better spots. Food choices are wildly good and affordable as is accommodation. Honestly it’s great if you want a nice hotel, food and beach(who doesn’t?) but those seeking more cultural experience may want to skip.

Da Nang is a beautiful city to visit. the beaches are pretty and clean. Food is plentiful and fresh. The main attractions are day trip to Ba Na Hills which is amazing. The views from the top are breath taking. Hoi An is also about 1 hour away from Da Nang and has lots to do so plan your timing so you can do lots. I only spent a day here and I don't think it was enough but I was with family so maybe this slowed the day down a bit. Hoi An at night is beautiful with the lantern boat area all lit up. Massages and relaxing services are all available throughout the day and early night to help you really enjoy and relax. For travellers who are muslim, there are some good places to eat by the beach and more main city of Da Nang. Best advice is to download 'Grab' which is really convenient for taxi/bike and food options. There is no mosque in Da Nang but some of the restaurants have prayer rooms if you call and ask. I would have like to stay longer in Da Nang to explore more shopping and not feel so rushed. The Son Tra night market is good and open until 12pm at night. It is right by the Dragon bridge and the show for this is Friday, Saturday and Sunday

We loved Da Nang, loved the beach and a little bar we went to many times right on the beach. The food was great with many options and so many eateries. A lot of places to visit close by, Hoi An, Hue, Ba Na hills, Marble mountain etc. The people were super friendly and very respectful. Plenty of bars with live bands if that is your jam. A lot of accommodation options at good prices. Will definitely return.
