The staff was awful.
The staff was awful. It took me 30 mins to check in and I gave the man a physical credit card to pay for my room however they charged a different credit card because "they automatically charge the card you have on file at 6pm, all hotels do this according to the woman I spoke to" and added a $3 airport fee that was not explained at the time of check in. Simply letting me know what was going on could have made this a completely different review. but I realize customer service is a lost art. Simply refunding my card and charging the correct card could have cleared this completely up. Even if you are just a budget hotel being hospitable cost nothing and goes a long way.
