The shuttle driver (lady with long hair) was fantastic. She helped me with 2 very heavy bags and even got a cart when we arrived at the hotel. At breakfast, when the room was full and tables needed to be cleared, the management jumped in supporting the wait-staff. Excellent teamwork! Of course the breakfast was well presented and delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you all!

We had a very stressful situation with our connecting flight from Dallas to Orlando being cancelled. We booked the best western for pure convenience and proximity to the airport.
