There is not one specific thing that I’d consider excellent. The staff is amazing (from the reception to the shuttle drivers), it is easy to make your way in and out and it is very clean might I add. The complimentary breakfast was also great. They did serve a variety and it was to the liking to my family and mine. Also the shuttle bus was also great! Efficient and quick. We had a very stressful situation with our connecting flight from Dallas to Orlando being cancelled. We booked the best western for pure convenience and proximity to the airport. The bonus was the size of the room for 2 adults and 2 children, the pool and the free breakfast, not to mention all of the friendly and helpful staff.
