I stayed with my family at Hyatt House Dallas Addison for 10 days and it was an excellent experience. Cris at the reception was absolutely outstanding – always helpful, professional, and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us with free printing whenever we needed it. Her General Manager, David, was also exceptional; he supported us a lot during check-in and even helped me carry the luggage, which showed genuine care and true hospitality. The free American coffee available in the lobby all the time was a nice touch, and our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a living room and kitchen, though not very large, was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything, and the price was outstanding compared to the level of service and quality. Special thanks to Cris at the reception for her amazing support and to David for his kindness and personal help – we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very friendly front desk! Clean Interior and Exterior. We came down for my friends 25th bday and they made sure our stay was very comfortable. Absolutely no cons. Oh yeah, let’s not forget to mention the price could not be beat for the location we were in.

    I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Addison.

    I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Addison. From the time we arrived everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great too. For the price I was not expecting a hot breakfast every day. Waffle, Sausage, Eggs and Potatoes and of course your traditional continental things I couldn't believe it. For this price it really doesn't get any better than this. I was in town to visit my loved one in the ICU for a week and my stay here made a trip that wasn't so great better. Thank you!

    Great location, great breakfast and great service! Comfortable and quiet room. And the pool and courtyard and entry are just beautiful. Plenty of little areas to hangout and read or watch TV or just relax.

    Area is the North Dallas Business area.

    Area is the North Dallas Business area. Had a small airport close by for company jets etc. Our hotel was geared toward traveling businessmen and some families. Plenty of restaurants, upper end as well as casual dining close by. Many within walking distance. Area seemed quite safe. There was a Walmart 1.4 miles away as well as pharmacies and shopping.
