All receptionists and a person for cleaning I talked were extremely kind. They gave me a nice travel tips. Breakfast at the beautiful huge room is just amazing start of a day! Hope to come back. Location is center of the city. I highly recommend.

I do not know about the reviews I had a good stay. For a hostel I think is amazing. Bunkbed perfect for friends , couple or singles. Located in a very good position with a parking spot right close by. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen equipped

Excellent location for shopping, food and public transport. Absolutely astounded the hairdryer in the room came with a diffuser - the rarest thing I've ever seen. Bathroom was typical and highly functional, plenty of storage. Room was very clean and serviced daily. Excellent breakfast, loved being able to make food in the upstairs kitchen, nice lounge/breakfast area, free extensive variety of tea and self-select coffee machine.

Really lovely hotel, great foyer area with bar and free/tea coffee, modern decor. Hotel includes a small gym and a small heated pool. Beds were super comfortable, we had a large room and it was well-equipped with a bar fridge and a lot of storage. Location opposite the Lulea Ice Track was excellent and walking distance to all tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast is fantastic the sheer quantity of food and the size of the restaurant is impressive even though it is always busy there is enough space for everyone to sit and the food is continually replenished. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were very quiet and warm. We would stay again.

Due to vagaries with cross border, cross time zone travel, I broke my trip around the Bay of Bothnia in Lulea in case I didn't make my night train to Stockholm, I'm glad I did. Would class this as a boutique hotel, its a small, its heritage building, its got its own style. Staff, couldn't be better. Facilities, everything you want and them some, fridge in room, kettle in room, spacious room, spacious bathroom, spotless & then there's breakfast. Wow! from fresh bread, to fresh juices, to freshly cooked hot stuff, to the amazing selection of cereal/granola/yoghurt stuff, cold cuts & cured/smoked fish. Probably one the best breakfast options I've come across. No probs with leaving luggage & staff even filled my flask when I collected my luggage prior to heading to Stockholm on the night train. EXCELLENT
