The appartment was spacious and clean and had good security.
Despite some of the misgivings .mentioned later in the dislikes section, I would still rent this appartment again.

It's located in the heart of the city, great access to shops and resto, just walking distance. Friendly staff and always readily available, serves you with a smile. The security officer will help you find a ride if you don't have a car. Price value is good.
Tip: It's better to book in the hotel because it's cheaper than doing online booking/reservation. But I don't know during peak season.

Ozamis is very busy and driving is all over the place and...
Ozamis is very busy and driving is all over the place and you don't get road rage there is no traffic lights no give way signs or stop signs just this weaving of traffic but it works
There is some nice eating and drinking places if you know where to look but most residents are hooked on fast food with rice which has different taste to the UK
I felt Ozamis is growing as a city and there is optimism for it to grow they certainly are spending more on the road maintenance and up grade then this so called wealthy country we live in
