Excellent hotel very close to town, yet felt remote. Delicious buffet breakfast provided with the room…the lovely lady employed in the dining area was super sweet, even in busy times. The desk staff members were kind as well. Very close to a nice hike as well as restaurants near the water. Loved visiting the Coastal Heritage Museum and taking a hike behind it for terrific views.

Veronica recommended the town of Sandane and arranged for me to stay at Hotel Gloppen which proved to be very nice.She also recommended the floating sauna which I greatly enjoyed and the boat trips to the islands.

It was amazing, new apartment? We were upgraded by our host and wow what a special place. Everything you could possibly need and to a very high standard. All mod cons and the biggest TV I’ve ever seen. Nice outlook over the harbour which was amazingly quiet after the ferries stopped around 9pm. Great soundproofing and comfortable, very friendly host.
