Senglea is an excellent location to holiday, particularly if you don’t want too much noisy nightlife. It has lovely walks by the seafront with easy access to water Taxis to Travel to Valeta. It also has a fine range of restaurants and interesting museums, together with a nice sea swimming option at the point.

It is a charming village and we went to Jalies a high end coffee and light bites cafe (but does burgers, pasta too). It is walking distance frm Balzan, another lovely village, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Zmerc bar is lively and brings endless free tapas- very good value and fun!

I liked walking around its streets visiting everything i could . It has many places that worth seeing .Best part for me walking towards tritone's fountain .Mgnificent . Be sure to visit palazo of the great magister , the main catholic church of saint jhon the baptist , those two are a must ,afterwards try to explore baraca gardens and everything you can. Try to walk around the city's walls .

The owner is an artist so it's a beautifully decorated house. And at $50 in high season for a room with a balcony what an amazing value. Including a simple breakfast which was just fine. It's not in the city center but it's only one block from a bus that goes directly to the city center and comes every few minutes.
