The property is located in transit area(before immigration), Incheon International Airport in Terminal1. → Transit Only (International flight → incheon airport → International flight) in 24 hours. Location was most convenient as my gate was across the hotel.

Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2. Great amenities for kids (a play room with arcade/video games, magnetic blocks, Photo Booth) and a grassed outdoor area with soccer goals, basketball hoop, plenty of balls, balance bikes and scooters, and a big playground. Unfortunately the kids pool was closed for maintenance but I’m sure it would have been a hit. Our room was huge and my son watched the planes landing from the window for hours. We upgraded to get access to the Grand Club and Cafe and honestly that was so worth it, highly recommend! Hotel staff were friendly and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, well equipped, smells nice, and the owner is very responsive. They have a shuttle to & from the airport which is very convenient, although it only starts at 5am so if you have an earlier flight to catch you would have to take a taxi which costs less than 10,000 KRW.

We had 13 hours waiting time before our transit flight at 1AM so we decided to stay at Sky Guestel to sleep because it was the closest location to the Incheon airport that can accommodate a family of four. Was surprise how comfortable the beds. Be aware Shuttle App food delivery is not available in this location but we found convenient store near by with a lot of restaurants.
