Our special thanks go to Sakut, our Masai tour guide who is doing amazing job. During our Game drives we saw hippos, many, many lions, leopard (3 times!), cheetah, antelopes, gnus, pumbas, gazelles, topis, impalas, black buffalo’s, giraffes, elephants, crocodiles, and many others. He knows everything about animals, and told us a lot about Masai culture. If you decide to stay at Mara Intrepids, ask for Sakut, he’ll make sure your stay will be unforgettable like ours. We will definitely come back for a great migration.

We planned this trip just a month ago and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Mr. Jeyakumar, Mr. Munees and Arun took care of every detail, from airport transfers to safari arrangements, ensuring that we had a stress-free vacation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the hospitality at the camp was exceptional. Arun made us feel right at home with his warm and genuine welcome. The organization of the camp was flawless, providing us with delicious meals, a safe environment, and a top-notch safari vehicle for our daily adventures. Speaking of meals, the culinary offerings at the resort were outstanding. They catered to our specific dietary needs and every dish was a delightful fusion of local and international flavors. If you're Indian, you'll definitely love the Masala Dosa, Phulka, and Butter Chicken - they were absolutely delicious! But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the safari experience. As an amateur wildlife photographer, I was thrilled with the expertise of our guides, Benson and Simat. They not only ensured our safety but also provided us with valuable insights and thrilling encounters with the wildlife. They understood the needs of a photographer and positioned the safari vehicle perfectly to capture those breathtaking moments. They even went the extra mile by providing a bed in the vehicle for my comfort, as I was experiencing back pain from all the photography. Overall, our stay at the Lorian was truly unforgettable. The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the incredible safari experience made it a trip of a lifetime. We can't wait to visit again!

From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Valery and her amazing team. We stayed in a beautifully designed, cozy room (everything inside was chosen with care and filled with comfort) The atmosphere at Emboo is magical: peaceful nature, evenings around the fire on soft poufs under the stars, delicious meals, and a deep connection to the nature. We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. The entire team at Emboo is united by true hospitality, care for nature, and love for what they do. We’re already home, but our hearts are still with you at Emboo. Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, genuinely welcoming, and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The atmosphere throughout the lodge was warm, relaxed, and inviting. The location was perfect, right by the river where we could clearly see hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. The tent (both the bedroom and bathroom!) was beautifully appointed: spacious and luxurious. The food was great as well, all breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Without a doubt, this was the best lodge we’ve stayed at during our travels across Africa, and we’ve visited many! We would gladly return to the Masai Mara just to experience this place again.

From the very first email with Lea to Sammy and the team at the camp including our game drive guides, which we booked directly via Kobe Mara - again, a huge ASANTE SANA for making our Masaai Mara trip so memorable! The place is just utterly beautiful! Seeing a zebra, and giraffes right from our tent was such a wondrous experience. All the details of the tent were highly appreciated as well! It felt like being in a movie… Furthermore, the food - especially the fish on a bed of spinach cream and side of mash… It all tasted like “coming home”. You do have your own kitchen too if you prefer. The team on site are always there to help if anything. Easily one of our top favourite stays ever - Highly recommended! <3
