The store itself was tiny and people had to squeeze in during peak hours but there is a spacious area to eat your food from the convenience store inside the hotel. Self-served toothbrush comb and skin care products. Cold and hot water dispenser at the lobby and a microwave to reheat your food. Everything was spotless.

The location is ideal for travelers, with a free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport that runs on time and is very easy to use. It made catching my flight stress-free and smooth. The room was compact, as expected, but very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, kettle, and a spotless bathroom. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and I had a great night’s sleep. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus — simple but fresh, with both Japanese and Western options. Great for a quick bite before heading to the airport. The staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they also offer luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive early. For anyone looking for a reliable, budget-friendly hotel near Narita Airport, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn. It offers great value, especially with the included shuttle and breakfast. I’ll definitely use it again for future layovers or early flights.
