El Narita Tobu Hotel Airport está a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Narita mediante el servicio de traslado gratuito del hotel. Cuenta con centro de fitness con piscina y habitaciones con WiFi gratuita. Cuenta con un servicio de bus gratuito del aeropuerto al hotel y del hotel al aeropuerto que sale cada 30 minutos más o menos. El personal es muy atento y varios de ellos pueden hablar en ingles. La habitación era cómoda, contaba con un calentador de agua y una refrigeradora pequeña. En el primer piso hay una tienda de conveniencia donde compramos recuerdos y souvenirs, también venden sándwiches, sopas instantáneas (para hacer con el calentador de agua de la habitación), chucherías, refrescos, y bentos (vimos un microondas dentro de la tienda pero nunca compramos algo para calentar), no cuenta con tax free, el personal es muy amable y servicial. También en el primer piso hay una farmacia que si tiene el servicio de tax free (a partir de 5500 yen), con medicamentos y artículos de belleza. Enviamos nuestras maletas al hotel por medio de Yamato Transport sin problemas, en el hotel las recibieron y nos llamaron a la habitación cuando llegaron. TIP: El último día para gastar el saldo de la tarjeta SUICA fuimos a la tienda de conveniencia a comprar souvenirs y pudimos pagar una parte con la SUICA hasta dejarla en 0 y el restante en efectivo (solo se puede dejar la SUICA en cero y el resto en efectivo, no se puede al contrario).

Rooms also huge and the most comfortable beds we've slept in for the entire 3 weeks of our multi-city stay in Japan.
