Set 2461 feet from Bergamo Orio Al Serio Airport, BGY Airport Guesthouse offers free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with balcony. When I booked a room, Roberto (the owner of the guesthouse) immediately texted me in WhatsApp in order to ask the information that was necessary for check-inn. He also asked me when I arrived and then Roberto sent me photos of how to get to my room (where I could find the keys, which codes were needed, etc). The guesthouse is really close to the airport. There is a walking path that goes from the bus station (if you come from Milan by bus) directly to the guesthouse. It takes around 10 mins on foot. The room was clean and cozy. I had a balcony which was comfortably furnished with the pillows on the chairs and flowers on the table. When moving out, I asked Roberto to give me one document that I needed and he did it really quickly. Thank you so much for the facilities, I really enjoyed my stay!

Only 11-15 minutes by foot to BGY departures and felt safe to walk there during night as well. Also Orio center accessible by foot approximately same time. Surprisingly quiet during night vs proximity to airport. Would stay again!

We did a self checkin as we arrived late in the night but our host Francesca gave us clear instructions how to get to the apartment and how to get in. We had some tea and coffee in the morning. Overall, a good place if you need to stay overnight near the airport.

Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.

The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment was really close to the airport. We lost our flight and rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so that is the reason that we choose this apartment and because it was of the cheapest in the area. What we met was not so pleasant. There were still toilet papers even with blood inside the toilet bin, the pillows and the bedsheets where dirty, the glasse for the water had even lipstick on them and the apartment in general was not cleaned. There was a bottle of water inside the fridge ( tap water) which we never tried after what we had seen in first place. And all these for just 120€…!

Ideally situated for the airport. On arrival we walked (it's around 10 minutes), then took the shuttle bus for departure next morning as we had a very early flight. The room itself was of a very good standard. No hesitation in recommending.

I was totally impressed by the city.
I was totally impressed by the city. I have not researched the city before going and simply by walking on the streets was positevly surprised by the cozy vibes, nice terraces and bars. It had a good mix of historical sites and more at leisure activities.

Good evening I was very sad about the hotel location very far from everything there was no Internet there was no garage for the car the breakfast that was in the ad did not happen because it was more expensive than I thought there was no paper in the bathroom

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb...
I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Having said all that I would stay there again.
