Located in Reykjavík and only 1.8 km from Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach, SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury, HG-17071 provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The stay here was incredible! Located in a seaside neighbourhood with gorgeous seaside “beach houses” with nice architecture, this stay was a lovely location, with a seaside path in the backyard that is a lovely walk on the ocean. The apartment itself is a basement unit that was so incredibly well appointed, with so many extras and high end amenities. The pictures shared by the host are so accurate and the bathroom is incredible with a large soaker tub. Edda, the host, was helpful and so quick to respond to our questions. 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat, what a gem!

Situated in Reykjavík, 2.6 km from Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach and 300 metres from the centre, Day Dream Soleyjargata Rooms & Apartments features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a... The property is very close to the BSI station, which was extremely convenient for us and easy to find! It's only about a 20-25 minute to the city center, which provided us plenty of opportunity to admire Icelandic homes and gardens. Checking in and finding the room was quick and easy. The host provided thorough and uncomplicated instructions for check-in and check-out. The room we booked had a mini fridge and a separate bathroom - this was a major plus as we cooked for ourselves every day during our week-long stay and stored our food in the room! The only thing we thought missing was a small coffee table to put our coffee mugs, water bottles, and other everyday items. The kitchen had the necessary utensils and plenty of cups and plates. A smaller knife, more suitable for chopping vegetables and fruits, would be a nice addition because it was rather difficult to do that with the big bread knife. Overall, we had a great time staying at the Day Dream Soleyjargata Rooms & Apartments during our trip to Iceland, and we would happily book them again for another visit to Reykjavik!

Right in the heart of Reykjavík, situated within a short distance of Hallgrímskirkja Church and Solfar Sun Voyager, Luxury Apartment Central Reykjavík offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household... Plenty of room, very comfortable beds and furniture, and kitted with a full kitchen. The location was perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants, and pools! And parking was never a problem, although we did walk most of the time. I did forget to take photos. Loved that they dressed it up for the holidays. Had plenty of books and guides on Iceland. Also had a nice booklet on local restaurants and pools! That was extremely helpful!
Reykjavík (0.7 miles from Reykjavík Domestic Airport)
This family-run guest house, 500 metres from Reykjavik Bus Terminal, is a 45-minute bus ride from Keflavik International Airport. One of the only accommodations in Reykjavik that allows late check-in! They sent very detailed and easy-to-follow instructions for us to check ourselves in outside of operating hours. The room was comfortable and met our needs. The bathroom was clean. I will stay here again the next time I am in Iceland.
I loved walking around the city and seeing the sites. Especially enjoyed drinking water from the tap and not relying on plastic water bottles. Blue Lagoon was a relaxing treat for my whole body. Also did the 11 hour Golden Circle tour which was fun and educational as was the Reykjavík walking food tour. Definitely try the local pastries as they are delicious. The Volcano Express ride in the Harpa Concert Hall was so much fun and I highly recommend it. The only downside to this trip is how expensive everything is in Iceland.
Hlid Fisherman's Village had lots of "viking" character with some very interesting maritime realia, close proximity to Icelandic horses, heritage chickens, a koi pond, cedar sauna and two rooftop hot tubs. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view was to the sea.
Fantastic location, located closely to so many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to enjoy your stay.... very easy to drive into Reykjavik or head out onto the Ring Road elsewhere.
My son and I traveled to Iceland for a 5 night vacation, staying in Reykjavik for a total of 3 nights. What a wonderful, safe, friendly city! We stayed downtown in 2 different areas, both walkable to the many museums, restaurants, and shopping districts. Reykjavik is colorful, with buildings and street art abundant. Reykjavik is also expensive, as is all of Iceland, so prepare to spend almost double for food, drink, and gifts as you would in the U.S. That being said, I loved it, and will be back!
ive already answered these questions twice. we paid for a superior room and got one. Neighborhood is out of the way but has great views and animals and is near the road to Costco. we spent 2 weeks driving the entire island and enjoyed it. This place has a theme tastefully done and modern amenities. The Viking Hotel restaurant where you check -in has a nice themed restaurant good food and service.
This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.
