The hotel is very well connected with the airport. There is a shuttle bus going every half an hour and it takes around 5 minutes to arrive to the hotel. The checking was a very smooth. The hotel room, it's a new. It was very clean with good decoration, comfortable bed and pillows and good pressure shower. It has a quite complete gym room open 24h, and the buffet breakfast was worth it, considering HK prices. You get a 15% discount in the 3 restaurants for being a Hotel guess, and 30% discount in the second meal. They let me prolong the checkout until 13h with no cost.

El City Oasis Guesthouse está situado en una pequeña localidad a las afueras de Tung Chung, en la isla de Lantau. El establecimiento proporciona WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. The house was in a beautiful natural location. It was about 10 minute walk down a cement path to a village with no cars. The guesthouse was truly an oasis, surrounded by greenery and birds. Both the balcony of my room and the rooftop area gave wonderful views of the surrounding beauty. Terry kept the place impeccably clean and orderly. There was a well equipped kitchen that I used to make breakfast and sometimes a small dinner. Terry was super helpful, providing ideas of places to go and how to get there. His maps of the area and the public transportation were welcome for a solo traveler trying to get around Lantau Island. It was a perfect base to explore the area. I hiked on the trail from the guest house, which was wonderful. And took public transportation to see the big Buddha and the fishing villages. There are some restaurants and a grocery store in the housing complex near the trail to the guesthouse so everything was in walking distance.

But for us it worked well and the location is beautiful, no doubt and stuff was very kind and polite, even when we were a little lost about everything.
