This newly refurbished 4-star Manchester Airport hotel is superbly located within the airport complex, and within 20 minutes’ drive of Manchester city centre. We had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel, from November 21st to November 22nd, 2024, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. We would like to especially highlight the exceptional professionalism and kindness of a staff member from Sri Lanka who was at the reception during our stay. His dedication, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made our visit truly special. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, and we cannot praise him enough for his outstanding service. During our stay, there was a minor issue with the heating in our room. However, the staff quickly resolved it by providing us with electric heaters, ensuring we remained comfortable throughout our stay. Their prompt response was greatly appreciated. Additionally, we were delighted by the delicious cuisine at the hotel. The meals were of excellent quality, beautifully presented, and truly added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Convenientemente localizado a apenas 2 minutos a pé do Terminal 2 e a uma curta caminhada de todos os terminais e da estação do aeroporto. O estacionamento privativo está disponível no local. A localização é muito boa para quem, como eu, chega num vôo tardio. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Pequeno almoço incluído.
