Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3 is directly attached to Heathrow Terminal 2 with Terminal 3 located a 12 minute walk away by a pedestrian underpass. The Hilton Garden Inn was like a little oasis just a ten-minute walk from Heathrow Terminal 2 which is exactly what I was looking for. The signs from the Elizabeth line were very easy to follow and I had no trouble walking directly to the hotel (just follow the signs that say "Hotel"). My room was spotlessly clean and felt so fresh and comfortable that I fell right asleep. In the morning, I had a wonderful breakfast and took my time, knowing that I would not be late for my check in. The hotel is not cheap but it's worth it for the comfort and peace of mind it gives you. Highly recommended!

I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.
I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.com did not alert us to the drastic drop in rating for this property. I would never have booked this place, and only did so as it was rated as a 7 when I booked at the beginning of February. Since then, there have been 10+ poor ratings (1-3) that significantly dropped the overall rating to 4.7 which to me is a blatant misrepresentation of what I initially paid for. I paid for a 7 rated property, and got a 3 at best. The area is not very nice, there are very little businesses available so we had to travel to find cups, plates and cutlery as the property did not provide any, which I was not made aware of. I would be extremely careful if booking anywhere near this area as it looks like it's been forgotten about by the local authority and the owner/s of this particular property are not carrying out any maintenance and once you book, you can't cancel for a refund. All in all, this leaves a very bad impression

We stayed at this property due to its location in relation to Brunel Uni. Couldn't fault anything, if you need to stay in this area and want value for money, this property is for you. Great pub for food and drinks at the end of the road too.

Very nice and excellent atmosphere.
Very nice and excellent atmosphere. I would recommend any one to come and stay at this place and get the friendly atmosphere of the working staff though I would suggest to make it bed and breakfast which would benefit more . But still overall it was fantastic and I wouldn’t mind coming again in near future. Thanks to pleasant staff .

for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

The room was great but it was right next to the lifts, and given the nature of the hotel, people, including families with small noisy children, were using the lifts until late at night without any thought to the noise. As we had to be up at 4am this wasn’t great! Aside from that, absolutely recommend, so convenient to return the hire car and get to Heathrow for that early flight.

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public...
It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.
