Arrived very late at night. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bath plug didn't work and the person on duty moved us immediately to other room. So so kind. Thank you! You know who you are.

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport Uk has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Bickenhill. The room was lovely and big super clean and quite aircon worked really well and very well sound proofed couldn't hear the planes or anything. Food was also very nice

Limpeza do quarto bom, só um a parte, tivemos uma chávena de chocolate quente dois dias por retirar, fomos numa tarde buscar ao bar e levamos para o quarto, e a chávena ficou 2 dias no quarto suja ali a um canto. De resto, tudo excepcional.

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Modern and spacious. Plenty of things to do … though we could only spend the night so really just used the room and one restaurant. The parking was very convenient. It was walking distance from the Birmingham airport (half an hour … so too far with luggage but good if you travel light).

Our family glamping trip was absolutely fantastic! With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!

Our host was excellent in terms of communication (including helping with a local restaurant recommendation) and everything went to plan. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - we couldn't have asked for more. It's a very nice, quiet neighbourhood and supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. We would highly recommend and look to stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.
