The Lady prepared the rooms perfectly and welcomed us with a warm fire in the chimney. The apartment is ideal for a sightseeing tour in Clermont and/or walking in the volcanic region. There was no noise outside from traffic or the airport. The WiFi Access was working well.

    We couldn't get in the hotel, as well as another guest.

    We couldn't get in the hotel, as well as another guest. American Express was denied and nobody was there to help. Customer service didn't answer the bell at the entrance, the telephone number was not reachable, an email to the hotel not answered (still not answered). This automatic B&B appeared to be a nightmare while we needed a place to stay on our way home.

    Sorry to say that it took us 30 to 40 mins to check in as the computer was not working I had to press the button for help twice don't want this at check in it was a hot day ant the air conditioning did not work part was broken off any time we go away we always look for b&b hotel not sure anymore
